Courtesy Of Sysco Table Top The Spitfire Burger
 Ingredients
8 Oz. - 0817858 - FIRECLS - BEEF GROUND BULK 81/19 FINE
1/2 ea. - Yellow onion
2 Oz. - Cheddar cheese. smoked
1 ea. - Red jalapeno, pickled and chopped
1 ea. - Hamburger bun
3 Oz. - Sweet corn relish
Preparation

Season the ground beef liberally with kosher salt and cracked black pepper.
(For a different flavor, try using black, white and cayenne peppers.)

Divide ground beef into two thin 4 oz. patties. Combine the cheese,
caramelized onions, and chopped red jalapenos and place them in the center of
the burger leaving room around the edges.

Take the other half of the ground beef and cover the ingredients. Work the
ground beef so that the edges are sealed around the stuffed ingredients.

Charbroil for best results. Use traditional hamburger accompaniments as a
garnish.

Serve with grilled sweet corn relish.
