Maple-Honey Grilled Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
· Maple-Honey Grilled Baby Back Ribs
· 2 cups pure SYSCO House Recipe maple syrup
· 1 cup SYSCO Classic pure honey
· 2 oz. SYSCO Classic brown sugar
· 1 tbsp. SYSCO House Recipe Worcestershire sauce
· 1-1/2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick ground black pepper
· 1-1/2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick dry mustard
· 1 SYSCO Imperial/McCormick bay leaf
· 1/4 tsp. SYSCO House Recipe Hot Sauce
· 24 lbs. SYSCO Supreme baby back pork ribs
· SYSCO Classic salt, SYSCO Imperial/McCormick pepper, SYSCO Ingredient
12: Classic granulated
garlic, to taste
Preparation
1. Combine first eight ingredients in saucepan. Stir to mix;
simmer over low heat 45 minutes.
Strain glaze through fine-mesh sieve.
2. Season ribs with salt, pepper and granulated garlic. Arrange on rack
in roasting pan; add
water to pan below rack. Cover; bake at 325 degrees F, 1-1/2 hours until
tender.
3. For each serving, brush 1 lb. cooked ribs with 1 oz. glaze. Grill or
broil until browned.
