Ingredients
1 ea. - 12" White sub roll
2 ea. - Sliced pepper jack cheese
6 Oz. - Pork Tenderloin Pieces, cut into 1" chuncks (5095963)
1 tsp.- Adobo
seasoning (0791525)
1 tsp.- Fajita
seasoning (5228788)
1 OZ.- Grill On butter flavored grill oil
1 Oz. - Each, sliced green peppers and onion
3 Oz. - Cabbage, shredded
1 Oz. - Cole
slaw dressing
4 Oz. - Seasoned waffle fries
Preparation
1. Blend
seasonings
2. Toss
pork in seasoning and let rest for at least 2 hours
3. Sear
pork in oiled sauté pan or on flat top grill
4. Saute
peppers and onions until softened (about 3 minutes)
5. Slice
and toast roll.
6. Place
cheese on toasted roll. Add pork and top with pepper/onion mixture.
7. Mix
cabbage with dressing and put on top of peppers.Fry waffle fries and garnish
plate.
