Ingredients
1 ea. - Chicken (6631485 - SYS CLS - CHICKEN BREAST IFZ BNLS/SKLS
ZIP)
1 ea. - 1073402 - SYS REL - BACON LAYFLAT 18/22 CT
2 Oz. - Thai sweet red chili sauce
1/2 Cup - Lime juice
1/4 Cup - Premium thai fish sauce.
1 Cup - Spring mix
4 ea. - Romaine heart leaves (middle)
1 Tbl. - Blue cheese crumbles
1 Tbl. - Candied pecans
3 ea. - Strawberries
1 Tbl. - Sliced scaillons
1 Tbl. - Mint leaves
1 Tbl. - Cilantro leaves
1 Tsp. - red curry paste.
Preparation

Take red curry paste and mix with 1/2 cup of warm water, chill. Marinate
chicken breast overnight. Cook bacon crisp.

Mix spring mix with, mint, cilantro and scallions. Arrange the romaine hearts
in bowl and place spring mix in the center.

Sear chicken, slice and arrange on salad. Garnish with chopped crisp bacon,
bleu cheese, sliced strawberries and candied pecans.

Combine the lime juice, fish sauce and sweet chili sauce to make dressing,
serve on the side.
