Recipe Instructions:

1. Slice the chicken and peppers into 1/4" thick strips. Mix the 1/2 tablespoon chicken base w/ 1 cup of water.
 

2. Cut the tomatoes in half. Place the noodles in hot water and let them sit for 30 minutes.

 

3. Heat a saute pan over medium high heat and add the oil.

 

4. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 2 1/2 minutes.

 

5. Add the peppers and carrrots and cook 1 minute. Add the cut green onions.

 

6. Toss in the noodles, chicken stock and the roasted garlic sauce and continue to cook until the stock is absorbed.

 

7. Sprinkle in the sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper to taste.

 

8. Garnish with a sprig of  Italian parsley.
