Menu Opportunities
Best Practices to Drive Growth Through Menu Mix
Enhancement and Promotion

What brings patrons into a restaurant? The menu. What keeps them coming back? The combination of old favorites, exciting new menu items and limited-time specials. One of the easiest ways to control a restaurant's costs is by taking a good hard look at the menu mix, doing the math on food costs and menu prices, and adjusting as needed. Now more than ever, your menu and marketing must convey a message of value and uniqueness. Menu items must be highly memorable to drive craveability, hook patrons so they keep coming back, and build market share.

It's a tall order, but Sysco has the expertise and the tools to help.
